All raffle tickets are $1.00 per ticket until the Jackpot Reaches $20,000 then Tickets with be $3.00 per ticket. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased. Tickets must be purchased from bar staff at The Crick Entertainment Center restaurant during business hours. Tickets may be purchased immediately after the weekly drawing and up until 30 minutes prior to the next week drawing.

There can be only one name per ticket. You must include a legal first and last name, contact phone number that includes area code and card number of choice legibly on the back of the ticket and return it to the bartender to be placed in the ticket drum. Once a ticket is presented to the bartender, the ticket cannot be returned and no changes are allowed to the ticket. If these rules are not followed, or if information is incomplete or illegible, then that ticket is disqualified and a new ticket will be drawn.

Every other Thursday (unless otherwise posted) at 8pm, a name will be drawn from the tickets purchased In the past 2 weeks. If you show up after 8pm and your name was announced three times, you will be considered not present. The total prize jackpot will continue to accumulate Biweekly until the Queen of Hearts is drawn. The Queen of Hearts deck is made up of 54 cards: 52-card deck plus 2 Jokers. The Queen of Hearts game consists of individual game boards. Game rules are updated before the start of the next game board.

Once a card is selected, it will be removed from play and shown face up on the game board. After each drawing, all tickets for that days drawing will be destroyed. Tickets purchased for the Biweekly drawing will only be valid for that drawing.

If the chosen card is the Queen of Hearts and the winner IS PRESENT, the winner will receive 90% of the jackpot. If the chosen card is the Queen of Hearts and the winner is NOT PRESENT, the winner will receive 40% of the jackpot. The remaining 10% or 60% of the jackpot will be used as the starting amount for the next game board.

If the Queen of Hearts is not drawn, the winning payouts are as follows: Jokers 15%, all other face cards 10%. You MUST be present to win these payouts. The Queen of Hearts game board will be locked at all times except to draw the card. The cards are attached to the game board and must be cut out for the drawing to ensure integrity of the cards and game board.

All winners of $600 or more are responsible for any and all taxes. A W2G will be issued and a completed W9 is required to collect winnings. Payouts over $5000 will require a withholding of Federal Income Tax of 24%. Payout will be issued via check within 48 hours of card being drawn.

* KCC Investment Properties, LLC does not take any proceeds from the Queen of Hearts game. Employees of KCC Investment Properties, LLC at the time of the drawing are not eligible to participate in the Queen of Hearts game.
